Management Team Community Manager – Lisa Archibald

Lisa joined CLA in 2010 as the My Life My Community (MLMC) Coordinator and subsequently Community Development Manager. She has also worked at the ATO and Centrelink as a Senior Practitioner in Policy and Development and Lead Trainer.  In addition, Lisa has also worked at the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Commission (ATSIC) running the Community Development Employee Program (CDEP) in a remote Kimberly community.  In her spare time, she manages her farm in the Porongurups.

Originally from Perth, Lisa moved to the Great Southern in 1990 for a sea change, to start a family and explore new career paths.  Prior to CLA, Lisa worked in the Health sector, small business & office administration.  Passionate about travelling to new destinations, Lisa also enjoys restoring furniture, tending her vegie patch, learning French & catching up with friends over a meal.

Management Team Training & Development Manager and Positive Support Manager – Adrian Valley

Adrian joined CLA in 2000 developing the My Life My Community (MLMC) program and has since worked as both a Coordinator and Manager most recently in the areas of Positive Behaviour Support and Training.   Adrian has worked in the Disability sector in Sydney and Alice Springs, before moving to Albany.  When not at work he loves riding his motorbike into the outback and experiencing this sunburnt country.

Management Team Senior Coordinator – Eric

Eric has worked with CLA since July 2013 initially as Coordinator and now in the role of Senior Coordinator. He has enjoyed a varied career, working in a wide range of roles within Health and Aged Care sectors and Australia Post.  He has also worked in the National Schools Chaplaincy Program and as a Locksmith and Aluminium Fabricator. In his free time, Eric spends time with family or works on his property.

Management Team Senior Coordinator – Maresa

Maresa has worked at CLA since 2009 in a number of roles – Coordinator, Relief Service Manager and Senior Coordinator. Before joining CLA Maresa worked in Perth at the Disability Services Commission for fifteen years also in a variety of roles including Support Worker, Senior Social Trainer and Local Area Supervisor.   To relax, she enjoys playing the harp, visiting the casino, eating at good restaurants and doting on her nine grandchildren.
