CLA's Executive Officer - Vicki Corpus

Executive Officer Vicki Corpus has worked at CLA since 2009 in a range of roles including accommodation Manager, Acting CEO, Contracts Manager and Project Manager.

Before joining CLA, Vicki worked in a number of roles including Retail Management, Coordinator at an Aged Care organisation and as Manager of a women’s refuge. She also worked as a Training and Program Coordinator at a women’s refuge.

Management Team Community Manager - Lisa Archibald

Lisa joined CLA in 2010 as the My Life My Community (MLMC) Coordinator and subsequently Community Development Manager. She has also worked at the ATO and Centrelink as a Senior Practitioner in Policy and Development and Lead Trainer.  In addition, Lisa has also worked at the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Commission (ATSIC) running the Community Development Employee Program (CDEP) in a remote Kimberly community.  In her spare time, she manages her farm in the Porongurups.

Adrian joined CLA in 2000 developing the My Life My Community (MLMC) program and has since worked as both a Coordinator and Manager most recently in the areas of Positive Behaviour Support and Training.   Adrian has worked in the Disability sector in Sydney and Alice Springs, before moving to Albany.  When not at work he loves riding his motorbike into the outback and experiencing this sunburnt country.

Eric has worked with CLA since July 2013 initially as Coordinator and now in the role of Senior Coordinator. He has enjoyed a varied career, working in a wide range of roles within Health and Aged Care sectors and Australia Post.  He has also worked in the National Schools Chaplaincy Program and as a Locksmith and Aluminium Fabricator. In his free time, Eric spends time with family or works on his property.

Maresa has worked at CLA since 2009 in a number of roles - Coordinator, Relief Service Manager and Senior Coordinator. Debbie joined CLA in 2013 as a Support Worker and became a full-time Coordinator in 2014.  Before joining CLA Debbie worked in hospitality, initially as a chef for over three years in Perth and subsequently in hotel management in the UK.

She also worked in Aged-Care in the UK before returning to Australia to begin her career with CLA.  To relax, Debbie plays competition pool with Albany 8 Ball Association.  She also enjoys jewellery making/repairs, arts and crafts, gardening, walking and fishing.

Service Delivery Team Coordinator – Fran Fehrman

Fran has been employed by CLA since 2010 after twenty-seven years working for Activ Accommodation Services.  In the past, Fran has taught swimming and has also lived in an Aboriginal Community in the Kimberly where she was employed in a health clinic.

When she is not working Fran loves to catch up with family and friends and enjoys outdoor activities.  She also likes to spend time cooking, reading, gardening and travelling.

Rob has worked at CLA since 2014 as Support Worker, Relief Coordinator, Senior Support/Activities Coordinator and Community Network Coach.  He has lived in Albany for almost twenty years and has a wide community contacts. After completing his Chef’s training, Rob worked in several well-known Albany restaurants including Dylans, the Esplanade hotel and also in the Aged Care facility Clarence House. To relax Rob plays guitar, goes fishing, stomps through the bush on his rural block and loves to entertain.

Caroline has been with CLA for six years starting as a Support Worker, Relief Coordinator and then coordinating full-time.  She studied Drafting and worked in the building industry with her husband.

Having completed a Diploma in Remedial Massage, Caroline went on to pursue different roles in the Disability and Aged Care sectors.  When not working, she loves hanging out with her three children and grandchildren, doing crafts, reading good books and camping.

Jackie has worked at CLA since 2013 having worked in the Disability sector for the last twenty-four years in a range of roles including Support Worker, Nursing Assistant, Operations Manager and Coordinator. Jackie enjoys watching people develop their independence and improve their confidence. To relax Jackie enjoys spending time with her children, partner, friends and family.  She also loves swimming at the beach, going on holidays, music and dancing.

Jo has worked with CLA since 2010 having worked in the Disabilities sector for many years in the UK, New Zealand and Australia. Jo has also worked with the Women’s Refuge in childcare and coordination roles and is also a registered midwife. Working part-time gives Jo the opportunity to grow her gardens, laugh with friends, walk her two dogs on the beach, play bass guitar with her band and enjoy time with her husband, children and grandchildren.

Erika joined CLA in 2018.  After completing a Diploma in Community Services, she worked at Palmerston coordinating their Needle and Syringe program. Erica has also worked at Pivot Support Services supporting prisoners at Albany Regional prison and Pardelup Prison Farm.

She has facilitated programs around Alcohol & Other Drugs (AOD), Anger Management, Anxiety and Life Skills in the prison and community setting. To relax, she enjoys reading and bushwalking.

Maggie has worked with CLA since 2011 as a Support Worker, Relief Coordinator, Relief Roster Clerk and currently as an After-Hours Officer, a role she has enjoyed for the past five years.  Prior to CLA she worked in the Aged Care and Disabilities sectors as an Agency Personal Assistant in a variety of care settings including dementia wards, hospitals and with disability support providers. In her time off, she enjoys camping, sewing and walking her dog.

Paul Goode has worked at CLA for almost twelve years initially as Support Worker.  At first, he was involved in Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) in a voluntary capacity, doing some project work and then becoming a CLA OSH committee member. After completing an OSH Diploma in 2010, Paul was engaged to work on various projects and in 2015 became the full-time OSH Coordinator.  He enjoys spending time tending to his rural property.

Human Resources Team IT Officer – Tegan O’Neill

Tegan has worked at CLA since 2014 as IT Project Officer. She manages the computer network, servers, email systems and mobile devices, and also provides IT support and advice to staff and Customers. Previously, she worked in hospitality as a Manager and as a Pizza Chef. She is passionate about Graphic Design and Website Development and in her spare time, she hangs out with her daughter and enjoys sewing, crochet and playing computer games.

Maxine have been with CLA since 2011, having worked as Support Worker and Coordinator before moving into her HR role five years ago.  She is also a professional dancer who has worked in London’s West End in musical theatre alongside famous performers including Catherine Zeta Jones.  Maxine is choreographer and performs with Albany’s Light Opera and Theatre Company. To relax she plays golf, rides her motorbike and plays drums.

Monika has been with CLA since 2017.  She has worked in administration and hospitality in the past and has also worked as a massage therapist, yoga teacher, gym instructor and horticulturalist.  Monika loves to relax by walking in the bush, cycling and gardening.  She loves to travel and likes being outdoors as much as possible.

Judy has been employed with CLA for over seven years in the Payroll/Finance Department.  Before joining CLA she worked as a Teacher’s Aide and then trained as a Commercial Cook, before setting up and running a café for seven years.  She loves cooking especially experimenting with new dishes to share with family and friends.  July also enjoys reading and usually has a knitting or crocheting project on the go. She loves spending time with her two grandsons.

Sandra has been at CLA since April 2013, starting as relief Receptionist and then successfully applying for the role of Finance Officer soon afterwards.  Before working at CLA she spent twenty four years working at a local government day care centre as a qualified Carer.

Changing direction, Sandra obtained a business qualification at TAFE leading to her work in finance and administration.  She loves gardening, reading & walking her dog.

Judy joined CLA in 2007 as Receptionist and then moved to Payroll. Prior to CLA she worked at the Department of Training for twenty two years in a variety of roles including Receptionist, Fleet Officer, Asset Registrar and Personal Assistant to Executive Directors.

To relax she takes her two mini horses to the beach, enjoys listening to rock music, playing with her animals or going on trail rides with her daughter.

Karen has worked with CLA for seven years in Payroll/Finance. Before joining the organisation, she worked as a Tax Return Data Entry Clerk for three years as well as in the Payroll department of a large retail store for six years.  She spent eight years in the Pilbara undertaking a variety of roles for a mining company. To relax she enjoy reading, catching up with family and friends and walking her Blue Staffy puppy Kirby.
