Duration: 2 hours per week for 4 weeks. Flexible to suit your learning level and desired outcome.
The aim of this program is to:
- Learn how to make nutritious food choices and how to plan a meal.
- Make a shopping list and learn how to select and purchase these items at your local supermarket.
- Prepare food safely and learn to use your numeracy and reading skills to prepare meals.
